Apple waffles

I have no idea where I got this recipe, but these waffles are awfully tasty, though a little on the doughy side if you prefer crisper waffles.

Beat eggs until thick. Beat in milk, butter, and vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients. Add to egg mixture and beat well. Add grated apple and stir until evenly blended. Bake per waffle iron’s instructions.
