    • Alton Brown's chewy chocolate chip cookies: Alton Brown is the host of a cooking show on Food Network called "Good Eats"; these are about the best chocolate chip cookies I've ever had, and I've tried a lot of different recipes. Plus, it's a great show - check it out if you've never watched it.
